Office staff is very friendly and helpful

"A couple of weeks after I installed Windows10, my computer quit booting up. I wasted a day trying to figure it out on my own and then took it to Pick My Brain. Their tech figured out that it was a Windows 10 update that was incompatible with the graphics card in my system. He spent time trying to find a work-around, but ultimately advised going back to Windows 7, to which I agreed and he was able to revert my system back to 7. Now my computer is working beautifully again. -Mary L.
